Dia-Compe replacement quick-release for FRONT brake (upward routed cable as with a freestyle installation of the brake cable through a Potts Mod) Color: CHROME This is a quick release mechanism for a front side-pull brake caliper with an upward routed brake cable. These are the ones Dia-Compe currently uses on the 883 brakes. Replace your rusty/pitted quick releases on your side pull caliper brake or upgrade a brake that did not have a quick release originally. NOTE: This quick release includes a rivet to attach it to the brake caliper. A hydraulic press or similar high-force device must be used to attach this to your brake. No technical support or instructions are provided with this product.
